If you are traveling with an infant (under age two), you can bring a stroller, in addition to the baggage included in the infant’s ticket, free of charge.
When checking in a stroller you must use a plastic bag or a suitable protective hard case to protect it. We recommend that you use a hard case to avoid any potential damage.
Strollers must be packed separately. Nothing else is allowed to be packed in the same plastic bag/hard case.
Where to check in and pick up strollers differs between airports. At some airports it is checked in at the same bag drop/check-in desk as all other bags, and at some airports you need to drop it off at the desk for special baggage. Ask at the airport.
You can get plastic bags to protect your stroller from dust or dirt at the airport free of charge if you’re traveling in SAS Plus or SAS Business, or if you’re a EuroBonus Gold or Diamond member. Otherwise, plastic bags can be purchased at the check-in counter. Please note that this bag is not intended to protect your stroller from physical damage.
Child safety seat/Car seat
A child safety seat cannot be brought as a carry-on baggage. Note that if you booked a seat for an infant (0–2 years old), you can bring a child safety seat onboard free of charge.
A child safety seat counts as one piece of the checked baggage included in your ticket.
If your baggage extends the amount included in your ticket, you will need to buy extra baggage.
