You can cancel your trip by using the link in the confirmation email or on our website. If you'd like to cancel more than 24 hours after booking, use this form. If you're entitled to a refund, it will be credited to the card you used to pay for the trip.
When you book a trip online or via SAS Customer Service, you can get a full refund within 24 hours of booking. If you booked your trip less than 24 hours before departure, you can get a refund up to 12 hours before departure.
