If your flight has been delayed for more than five hours or is cancelled, you can cancel your itinerary and receive a refund by filling out and sending in this form. The following criteria must be met:
- The trip must have been booked through the SAS website or SAS telephone sales.
In other cases, please contact the travel agency from which you purchased the ticket.
If your trip is not delayed nor cancelled, the refund will be made according to the ticket rules.
