• Benefits with SAS/Wideroe

  Far calmer and more convenient. As a Gold member, you can truly enjoy a great experience. Here are the benefits you always enjoy as a Gold member when traveling with SAS or Wideroe:

  • As a Gold member you keep the benefits you had as a Silver member. 
  • 1 x 8 kg carry-on bag (55x40x23 cm) is included at no extra charge if you travel with a SAS Go Light ticket.
  • Select your seat in advance, free of charge. Valid for standard seats in SAS Go.
  • Use the Business check-in counter at the airport if you're flying SAS or Wideroe.
  • Check in two extra bags weighing up to 23 kg free of charge (except on SAS Go Light/ Wideroe Mini).
  •  Take the fastest route through security with SAS Fast Track when traveling on SAS, Star Alliance or Wideroe.
    • Bring a friend or up to 4 immediate family members (spouse/partner/parents/children) through SAS Fast Track in Scandinavia. Applies when traveling on SAS, if the guest or family member/s are traveling on the same flight. 
  • Access to SAS Gold Lounge 
    • You may bring a friend or up to 4 immediate family members (spouse/partner/parents/children) into the lounge when traveling on the same SAS or Star Alliance flight. When traveling on a SAS flight  to/ from Asia or the USA, you also have access to the lounge on arrival.
    • You may bring a guest or up to 4 immediate family members (spouse/partner/parents/children) into the lounge when traveling on the same Wideroe flight from Copenhagen or Gothenburg airport.
  • Priority baggage handling and Priority boarding.
    • Bring a friend or up to 4 family members (spouse/partner/parents/children) to priority boarding. Valid when your company travels on the same booking as yourself.
  • Gold priority on waiting lists.
  • Free WiFi onboard when available. 
  • Gold Service – extended customer service with high priority.
    • Highest priority when calling.
    • Dedicated email service.
    • Extended opening hours.
    • Call-back.
  • Earn 25 % more Basic points on flights.
    
  • Earn 25 % more Basic points when you win an Upgrade with SAS (valid only for successful bids paid in cash).
  • Save 10% and earn new Basic points when you buy a regular ticket for points.
  • Your bid is worth 20 % more when you bid for a SAS Upgrade.
  • Buy Basic points for yourself. 
  • You are guaranteed a seat (but not a class) when you book a ticket in booking class C:
    • 48 hours before departure for SAS/Wideroe flights, except dometic travel in Norway with Wideore.
    • 24 hours before departure for SAS flights between Stockholm and Gothenburg/Malmo and domestic travel in Norway with Wideroe.
    • Not applicable for shourt haul routes in Norway.
    • The flight cannot be booked online. Contact SAS Customer Service. 
    • The benefit is limited within Scandinavia and Europe during the peak summer season.

  •  Give a EuroBonus Silver membership to a family member or friend. 
    • You are only able to give away a membership if you have earned your Gold status by earning Basic points or qualifying flights. This means that if you have received a Gold membership as a gift you can't give away a Silver membership.
  • At least two unique ticket campaigns per year from SAS.
  • We carbon offset all EuroBonus members SAS tickets.

  Level up to EuroBonus Diamond

• Benefits with Star Alliance

  As a EuroBonus Gold member, you also enjoy all the benefits of ​Star Alliance Gold. 

  • Priority airport check-in.
  • Extra baggage allowance: Check in 20 kg extra where the weight concept applies, or an extra piece of baggage where the piece concept applies. Please note that some airlines do not offer this benefit on individual flights but only on connecting Star Alliance flights. For travel within Europe on "Light" fares offered by Lufthansa, Austrian and SWISS and "Check & Go" fares offered by Brussels Airlines, extra baggage allowance is not available.
  • As a Star Alliance Gold  Customer traveling on a flight operated by a Star Alliance member airline you are eligible for Star Alliance Gold Track access.
