Cancel & refund

If you booked your trip on the SAS websites or through the SAS Customer Contact Center by phone, you can cancel your booking here. The inquiry will be processed within 7 days, but if you are cancelling a part of the trip, the refund will be done when the trip is completed.

A journey booked on within the last 24 hours can be cancelled online through "Find/change booking." Retrieve your reservation and select "Cancel booking" at the bottom. The money will be refunded to your account/credit card within 3-4 business days.

  • SAS Business & SAS Plus tickets are generally refundable.
  • Only taxes & fees are refundable for SAS Go tickets (fuel surcharges are non-refundable).
  • Tickets with SAS not purchased directly from SAS must be cancelled and refunded from where they are purchased.
