Missing your points?

No worries. If you forget to register your EuroBonus number when you fly, stay or buying items, you have six months to claim missing points.

And if you have just recently joined EuroBonus, you can register to get points for flights, hotel stays and car rentals that have taken place within 30 days prior to joining.

»  Payment cards - Contact the card company directly

Always remember these 3...

Always quote your EuroBonus number when making a reservation, when checking in on flights and at hotels, or when renting a car. And always save a copy of your tickets, hotel bills or car rental agreements until your points have been credited to you. 

Always use your name as it is shown on your EuroBonus card. This will also enable you to check in for your SAS flights via your mobile phone and use our other mobile services.

Always, if you make your flight reservations on our homepage, log in first and your membership number and other contact details will be added automatically.


...and 6 reasons for missing points

The activity has not been reported.
It can take up to 3 weeks for points from our flights to be registered and 3-8 weeks for points from other partners.
The activity was reported after the date of the account statement.
Your EuroBonus number was not entered in the reservation or at check-in.
Your name or EuroBonus number was entered incorrectly.
Your ticket is not eligible for points.
