Reports and statistics
Access reports and statistics on your business travel through “My Travel Pass” in your profile. See statistics of completed trips and access your travel receipts. If you are a travel administrator, you will also find a list of the travelers connected to your travel pass. Reports can easily be exported to Microsoft Excel.
About Travel Pass
Travel Pass Corporate can be activated by your company’s travel manager. To activate the travel pass you have to be a member of SAS For Business. You also need your company code (7 characters, letters and numbers). If you don’t have access to your company code you need to contact your travel manager, or the person responsible for your corporate agreement with SAS.
To activate your account:
Enter your company code, the name of the contact person and the individuals who will use Travel Pass Corporate. If there are many travelers, you can upload an excel file with the details. You can also add or remove travelers later.
Travelers will receive a travel pass number by email, and an activation code by SMS.
To be able to book using Travel Pass Corporate you need to add your travel pass number to your SAS profile. You do this under “Settings” on our profile page.
If you're not a EuroBonus member and don't wish to join, you can still book your trips with travel pass. Call SAS Corporate Sales Center and we will give you a login.
You can book on our website, in the SAS App or through your Travel Agent. If Travel Pass doesn’t show in SAS App after you've added it to your profile, try to log out and back in again.
