Apply for a refund

You are entitled to a full refund of your ticket if your flight was cancelled by SAS, or was delayed for more than 3 hours and you did not travel.

Unfortunately, many travelers were affected by the pilot strike and handling times for refunds and claims may be somewhat longer than normal. We’re sorry and we’re doing everything we can to help you as soon as possible.

How to request a refund for canceled flights?

Please fill out the form below. If you booked via a travel agent or a tour operator, we recommend you to contact them directly.


Thank you for your inquiry. It has now been sent to our refund department. We will do our best to process your request as quickly as possible. When your ticket has been refunded you will receive a receipt of your refund by e-mail. If you have further questions about your cancellation/refund please contact SAS Sales and Service.
