If your flight is delayed by 3 or more hours on departure, you are entitled to a refund of your unused ticket.
If you booked your ticket via SAS, please fill in this form to cancel and refund your ticket
- If you booked your ticket via a Travel agent, you need to contact them for a refund.
- If you have made your own travel arrangements due to a cancelled or delayed flight, SAS will not reimburse the new ticket.
Please note: you are not entitled to reimbursement of care (such as food, drinks and accommodation) during the delay if you cancel and refund your ticket.
