If your flight is canceled, we offer a SAS Travel Voucher of the same value as your ticket. The voucher can be used to book a new flight and is valid for 12 months from the date of issue. If you don’t find the time to travel with us before the voucher expires any remaining value is refundable. To apply for the voucher, go to My bookings.
You can also choose to apply for a refund if you don’t want a voucher. To proceed for a refund request, go to My bookings. If you flight has been canceled and you have not received any new option, you will receive a full refund of your ticket.
Processing your request might take some time as a lot of customers are affected by cancellations due to COVID-19, but please be patient with us.
