Claim missing points
If your points have not been registered after 6 weeks you can claim your points by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Don't forget to include your EuroBonus number and Rental Agreement number in the email. Retro registration to claim missing points is allowed up till 6 month after rental date.
