We will let you know as soon as possible if your flight is late or canceled.
If you include your mobile phone number when you make your booking, we can keep you informed by SMS*. We can start sending information up to 22 hours before departure time. You can cancel the service by replying STOP FI to the SMS.
and Travel Pass customers receive even more information free of charge.
80 minutes before departure, you receive an SMS informing you if your flight is on time and information on the terminal and gate for your flight where available. Register for this service in the EuroBonus pages under My profile/Mobile services or register as a member here.
Information is accurate at the time it is sent and is updated regularly. However, it is the passenger's responsibility to be informed about further changes. SAS is not responsible for any consequences or expenses incurred either directly or indirectly related to the information sent in an SMS. SAS is also not responsible for service interruptions caused by a mobile service provider.
