E-ticket

What is an E-ticket?

When you travel on an electronic ticket (E-ticket) your reservation details are stored electronically in our reservation system. No paper ticket is issued and sent to you.

To enable the system to find your reservation when, e.g. you check in or want to change your booking, you need an E-ticket ID.

E-ticket identifications

  • record locator
    (any reservation system)
  • credit card
  • frequent flyer card

It is important that you have your E-ticket ID with you during your trip since it is used to identify your booking and for checking in.

When traveling to the United States of America you must be able to present the intinerary/receipt to the US immigration as proof of outward/return travel.
