We offer special assistance to passengers with reduced mobility or special needs with full respect for their dignity and comfort.
We publish information about the services that we offer
to passengers with special needs and reduced mobility in accordance with relevant safety regulations and EU Regulation 1107/2006.
In order to give you the best possible assistance
and in accordance with EU Regulation 1107/2006, we require information about your assistance needs no later than 48 hours before departure so that we can inform the responsible airport management body.
In order to better assist you, fill out
and send it to us. Note that this form is only for passengers who are completely immobile (must use a wheelchair) and not for those who cannot walk long distances.
If your booking is made within 48 hours of departure, we will strive to assist you as best as we possibly can.
However, we cannot guarantee assistance if you book less than 48 hours before departure.
Passengers with reduced mobility should arrive at the check-in counter ahead of time before departure.
If no other time is specified in writing, you should be at the check-in counter no later than one hour before departure. If you choose the meeting point, we recommend that you arrive two hours before departure.
