Welcome to SAS Customer Relations.
In Customer Relations, we handle customer reactions, both positive and negative. We also handle baggage matters and demands for compensation.
We are aware that you as our customer might not always be pleased with our services or products and therefore we are most grateful when you take your time to convey your opinion to us. This will give us an opportunity to develop and improve our service and product.
Our goal, according to our service commitments, is to give you a reply within 14 days.
