Rebooking in connection with the Volcano eruption
Dear Customer
If you would like to rebook your ticket please search under Help & Contact for your local SAS reservation number. We are well aware of the long waiting time, and we ask for your understanding in this chaotic situation.
For refunds of tickets purchased through a travel agency or another website than SAS, please contact original point of sales.
Many of our customers affected by the volcano eruption are contacting us right now. We will do our very best to deal with your request as soon as possible. Please accept our apologies for the fact that it might take a little bit longer than usual to get back to you.
