From 1st November 2008 SAS UK will introduce a refund administration charge for all Scandinavian Airlines tickets refunded.
The refund administration charge will apply to all fares and all classes of service on bookings.
- Applicable on bookings made from 01st November 2008
- Non refundable tickets where only tax refund applies – Charge £20.00 per ticket
- Fully Flexible tickets Charge £20.00 per ticket
The Refund Administration charge will be collected on monies due to be refunded to the passenger from their ticket based on fare conditions, including taxes, fees and charges.
Note – If the refund amount is less than the Refund Administration charge then no refund will paid to the passenger.
Exemption:
- Due to irregularity caused by Scandinavian Airlines
- If cancellation of ticket is within 24 hours of booking
