Transfer at Oslo Airport

Connecting Norway - important information regarding custom clearance at Oslo Airport

  • Customs clearance at the first point of arrival even if the baggage is marked to a final domestic destination in Norway.

  • Connecting Norway – testing arrivals from Stockholm and Munich (with baggage). From 01DEC15 and 02DEC15 passengers arriving at OSL with SAS from Stockholm and Munich, with baggage marked to a domestic SAS or Widerøe flight, shall go directly to the new customs area in the international departure hall, before entering the domestic area. This is only applicable for passengers travelling with an onward ticket, issued for the entire trip, and baggage checked to the final destination.

  • From 14th December 2015 all passengers arriving at OSL with SAS international flights, except for Split, Pula, Alanya, Dubrovnok and Faro, with an onward ticket to a domestic SK/WF destination, without checked baggage, shall follow the green symbol “Connecting Norway” to the new Connecting Norway Customs before continuing to their domestic gate

  • Passengers shall go directly from the aircraft to a new customs area in the international departure hall where they will pass through customs. From here they can proceed straight to the domestic departure hall. This dispenses with the need to pass through another security check and reduces the walking distance. • Passengers who have checked in weapons or animals cannot use Connecting Norway
