Damaged baggage

  • If your baggage has been damaged, make a report at the SAS Arrival Service counter when you arrive at the airport.


  • You can also make a damage report by telephone up to 7 days after arrival. Call SAS Arrival Service at +45 3232 3260 (Denmark)/+46 771-224 243 (Sweden)/+47 815 59955 (Norway)/+358 20 514 6000 (Finland). You will then receive a baggage report with your baggage reference number.


  • You are entitled to apply for compensation if your suitcase has been damaged or its contents have been damaged or fallen out*. Click here to apply for compensation

*Compensation is according to the SAS Conditions of Carriage. Fragile and valuable items will not be reimbursed.
