If your booking is made within 48 hours, we will make all reasonable efforts to provide the services required, but we cannot guarantee that this can be met.
SAS Group's fleet consists of several different types of aircraft of varying sizes. Depending on the type of aircraft, there may be restrictions regarding access to assistive devices or equipment for use or in consideration of space for passengers. The aircraft type can also restrict and/or render impossible the transport of customer equipment or baggage as cargo.
To facilitate your journey with such assistive devices or equipment that requires additional space due to weight or size, please inform us at the time of booking. This allows us to ensure a trouble-free trip for those who need assistive devices or equipment. At the same time, you have the option of reserving your seat onboard the flight.
For safety and/or other operational reasons, it may sometimes be necessary to use a different type of aircraft than originally planned. You will be informed at the time of booking. If such a change of aircraft makes it impossible for you to travel with your assistive device/equipment, we will offer another alternative for your trip.
Passengers with reduced mobility must present themselves at the check-in counter ahead of time before departure. If no other time is stipulated in writing, the passenger needs to be at the check-in counter no later than one hour prior to departure time. If the passenger chooses a designated meeting point, the stipulated time is two hours prior to departure time.
If you require assistance in connection with your travel, please contact SAS Sales & Services.
