We prioritize punctuality highly. It is important that proceeds goes quickly and smoothly. If you are travelling domestically or within Europe, boarding starts 20 minutes at the latest before departure time. For travel to and from destinations outside Europe, boarding starts about 40 minutes before departure time.
We will make a loudspeaker announcement at the gate to inform you about boarding. You will always need a boarding pass that shows you are checked in. The boarding pass can be presented in the following ways:
- If your booking is connected with a card, the boarding pass will be registered on the card. Just swipe the card through the card reader and you will receive a slip with your seat number. This applies if you are travelling from a Scandinavian airport. If you are travelling from an airport outside of Scandinavia, you will need a printed boarding pass.
- If you choose to travel with your booking reference number, you must show your boarding pass.
- If you have a mobile boarding pass, we will scan it at the gate and you will receive a slip with with your seat number.
