Oxygen brought by passengers
If you need oxygen during transportation to/from the aircraft and/or during the journey, you may bring your own gaseous oxygen or air cylinders. The oxygen can be carried both as checked or unchecked baggage. The measurement of the cylinders must not exceed the maximum permitted weight or dimensions, which is 115 cm/46 in and 5 kg/11lbs. Please note that liquid oxygen is not allowed on board. When you bring your own oxygen, please make a reservation stating the number of accompanying bottles.
Note: The use of liquid oxygen is prohibited.
Oxygen provided by SAS
Oxygen from AGA is available for passengers with a health condition that may require oxygen. A medical information form (MEDIF) must be filled out and the request has to be authorized by the SAS Medical Department.
When you require oxygen, a reservation must be made to accommodate onboard installation.
Oxygen and all medical equipment that is vitally necessary can be carried onboard for free.
