Cancel & refund

If your journey is booked through SAS websites or SAS Customer Contact Center (phone) you can cancel your booking here. The inquiry will be processed within 7 days.

A journey booked on less than 24 hours ago can be cancelled online by selecting “Find / change bookings”. Pick up your reservation and select “Cancel booking” at the bottom.  The money will be returned to your account/ credit card within 3-4 business days.

• SAS Business
and SAS Plus tickets are generally refundable.
• SAS Go tickets are refunded with taxes (excluding fuel surcharge).
• Tickets with SAS, which are not purchased from SAS directly, must be cancelled and refunded where they are purchased.
