Definition of child
When we mention a child, we mean passengers between 2 to 11 years old (who have not yet turned 12).
Children receive up to a 25% discount (may not be available for flights originating from the US) on the ticket price depending on destination, price and booking class. The child discount is applicable for children under 12 years of age who are travelling with an adult older than 16 years of age. The discount does not apply to taxes and fees.

Toys and entertainment
With SAS, our youngest passengers always get something special to help pass the time. We have toys for all ages and it is important to us that the toys are fun, stimulate imagination and are a fond memory from the journey. You can also bring your child’s own favourite toys.
For our flights to Asia and the US, each seat has its own video screen. We always have a number of films, music channels, audiobooks and games for children.
