We publish information about the services that we offer to passengers with special needs and reduced mobility that are in accordance with the relevant safety regulations and EU Regulation 1107/2006.
In order to give you the best possible assistance and in accordance with EU Regulation 1107/2006, we require information about your needs for assistance no later than 48 hours before departure so that we can inform the responsible management body at the airport about the necessary assistance.
If your booking is made later, we will strive to assist you as best as we possibly can. However, we cannot guarantee assistance if you book less than 48 hours before departure.
Passengers with reduced mobility should arrive at the check-in counter ahead of time before departure. If no other time is specified in writing, you should be at the check-in counter no later than one hour before departure. If you choose the meeting point, we recommend that you arrive two hours before departure.
