If you have allergies and are travelling with SAS, we recommend that you contact the SAS Customer Contact Center as soon as possible. We will then make arrangements so that there will not be a dog on a flight, for example, if a passenger with allergies already has a confirmed seat. However, the "first com,e first served" principle applies here. If you or a passenger you are travelling with has special needs related to the flight, please contact the SAS Customer Contact Center before we can guarantee the flight reservation.
If you are allergic to certain foods, we can inform you that we do not serve peanuts or green peas as snacks or ingredients onboard SAS flights. All other types of nuts are only served as snacks or used as ingredients if they are clearly visible or stated on the ingredients label. On certain flights, you can order special meals. Please note that our meals are made in a flight kitchen where nuts may be included in other meals - traces of nuts may appear even if they are not apparent on the ingredients list.
