For delays of more than two hours, SAS provides for additional costs such as food expenses during the waiting period. For other costs, we recommend that you contact your insurance provider for possible reimbursement.
If the flight is cancelled, we will arrange the re-routing of the trip to the final destination on your flight ticket and reimburse extra costs during the waiting period. If you decide to cancel your trip due to a cancelled flight, you are entitled to a refund of your unused ticket.
