If your baggage has been damaged,
make a report at the SAS Arrival Service counter when you arrive at the airport where you at the same time shows what is damaged. If your bag has become so damaged that your belongings fall out and are missing, we may also compensate you for this.
You can also make a damage report by telephone
up to 7 days after arrival. Call SAS Arrival Service at +45 3232 3260 (Denmark)/+46 771-224 243 (Sweden)/+47 815 59955 (Norway). You will then receive a baggage report with your baggage reference number.
