You will need your baggage reference number. The reference number consists of 5 letters and 5 numbers (for example CPHSK12345). Note that your reference number is not the same as the baggage receipt number.
Information on your baggage by SMS
We can inform you about your delayed baggage by SMS. All you have to do is provide your mobile number when you report your delayed baggage at the airport. Once we have located your baggage, we will send you an SMS. We will also inform you by SMS when we plan to deliver your baggage.
