It's now easier to act on a whim and get away with short notice. Previously you had to book your award flights or
hotel stays at least seven days in advance, this has all changed and we will here in short explain how it works.
Reservations can be made online or by phone. You earn 500 Extra points when flight awards are booked online
and that can be done on the following airlines; Blue1, SAS and Widerøe, in Economy, Economy Extra or Business,
you can even mix classes. Hotel awards are now also available online, for all members. All other partners must
be booked through Member Service. Basic members** will be charged € 15 for booking award trips through their
local Member Service, applicable on all partners.
Flight and hotel awards starts at 10 000 points and you better check out our famous point bargains,
the best award deals, always new destinations on the 15th every month.
Change or cancel
Your flight and hotel reservations can be changed* or cancelled up to 24 hours before the booked outward departure time free of charge, provided that your points have not expired and that your original booking has been done online.
All members
Canceling or rebooking your reservation through your local Member Service will be charged
€ 25.
* Only date and time can be changed.
** Region US and Asia & Pacific members excluded.

Award flights can be booked up until departure (e-ticket destinations).

If you have a EuroBonus card combined with EuroBonus and MasterCard or Diners Club, you get a 500 points discount per adult and 250 points per child 2-17 years old when booking award flights online.
