We're changing Family pooling and developing a new improved service later during 2017.
This means that 31 March, 2016 was the last day you'll be able to create a family account. All activities that was registered in the giving account before 8 April, 2016 was mowed to your family account.
After this it won't be possible to make any more transfers. All of the points you've accumulated in your family account, however, will still be there and you won't lose anything.
