Our commitment to passenger service is nothing new. We have traditionally listened to customers and led the way in developing new services and benefits based on existing and emerging needs. Your welfare and well being are a prime concern to us and we work hard to improve the comfort, convenience and simplicity we offer you in all aspects of your travel. We therefore had no hesitation in influencing and implementing the terms of the Airline Passenger Service Commitment. The idea was developed by the airline industry in Europe, the European Commission and representatives of consumer groups. The commitments are a promise of quality service in relation to 14 areas, before during and after your travel. We do not regard them as a one-off measure.
