Information about your baggage via SMS
We will inform you by SMS if your baggage is delayed. All you have to do is include your mobile phone number when submitting a delayed baggage report at the airport.
When your baggage is located, we will send you a text message. You will receive another text message when we deliver your baggage to the address you provide in the delayed baggage report.
Check the status of your delayed baggage
Our aim is to deliver your baggage on time. 95% of delayed baggage is located within 24 hours. You can easily track your baggage in WorldTracer, our baggage tracing system.
Click on the link below to check the status of your baggage. You can also update your contact details, including your telephone number or address. You will need your baggage file reference number, which is 5 letters followed by 5 digits (e.g. ARNSK12345). Please note that the file reference number is not the same as the number displayed on any baggage receipts that you received when you checked in.
