About SAS Credits

  1. What is SAS Credits?

    SAS Credits is our loyalty program that helps you cut your corporate travel costs for both flights and hotel stays. You can earn SAS Credits on all corporate travel with SAS and Widerøe and at any participating Radisson Blu and Park Inn by Radisson Hotel throughout Scandinavia, Europe and the Middle East. All earned SAS Credits can be redeemed by anyone in your company either for new flights or hotel stays.

  2. Who is SAS Credits for?

    SAS Credits is particularly targeted at small and medium-sized companies that are not already in a contracted relationship with us and want to make their business travel more rewarding.

  3. Which companies are entitled to join SAS Credits?

    All companies that are registered in Switzerland and are not already in a contracted relationship with SAS are eligible to join SAS Credits. SAS Credits is only valid for corporate travel and cannot be used for private purposes.

  4. How can I sign up for a SAS Credits agreement?

    You can sign up for a SAS Credits agreement here.

  5. How much is 1 SAS Credit worth?

    1 SAS Credit is worth CHF 1.

  6. Why do I need a company code (CMP-code)?

    Your company code (CMP-code) is your code to earning and redeeming SAS Credits. You can only earn and redeem SAS Credits when you provide your code. Read more here.

  7. How long are my SAS Credits valid?

    SAS Credits are valid for three calendar years after they are earned.

  8. Can employees of my company also be a member of the SAS frequent flyer program EuroBonus?

    Yes, EuroBonus is a separate program. Your company can earn SAS Credits and the traveler can earn EuroBonus points at the same time. 

Earn SAS Credits

  1. Which airlines can I travel with to earn SAS Credits?

    You can travel with all SAS Group airlines, i.e. SAS and Widerøe. SAS Credits cannot be earned on SAS codeshare flights operated by other carriers.

  2. Which hotels can I stay at to earn SAS Credits?

    You can stay at any Radisson Blu or Park Inn by Radisson Hotel in the following countries: Austria, Bahrain, Belgium, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Egypt, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Jordan, Kuwait, Latvia, Lebanon, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Norway, Oman, Poland, Portugal, Saudi Arabia, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, United Kingdom (except Radisson Blu Edwardian hotels) and United Arab Emirates.

    There are different ways to book to earn SAS Credits on flights. It is important to always provide your assigned company code (CMP-code) when making a reservation.

  4. Where can I book my hotel accommodation to earn SAS Credits?

    There are different ways to book to earn SAS Credits on hotel stays. It is important to always provide your assigned company code (CMP-code) when making a reservation.

  5. Are there any minimum requirements to start earning SAS Credits?

    No, you can earn SAS Credits from the very first flight or hotel stay each time your company code (CMP-code) is included in your booking.

  6. Do I earn the same amount of SAS Credits regardless of the booking class?

    No, the amount is dependent on the price and booking class. In SAS Go, you earn 2% of the net ticket price, in SAS Plus and SAS Business 4%.

  7. Do I earn SAS Credits on the entire ticket price?

    No, you only earn SAS Credits on the net fare, i.e. excluding taxes and fees.

  8. Do I earn SAS Credits on all fare types?

    Yes, SAS Credits can be earned on all published fares. SAS Credits cannot be earned on already discounted fares.

  9. Do I earn new SAS Credits on flights that are paid by SAS Credits?

    No, you do not earn new SAS Credits on flights that are paid for by SAS Credits. However, the traveller can earn EuroBonus points on every flight and on flights which are paid for by SAS Credits.

  10. Is there any maximum limit on how many SAS Credits I can earn?

    No, there is no maximum limit.

Redeem SAS Credits

  1. Which airlines can I travel with to redeem SAS Credits?

    You can travel with all SAS Group airlines, i.e. SAS and Widerøe. SAS Credits cannot be earned on SAS codeshare flights operated by other carriers.

  2. Which hotels can I stay at to redeem SAS Credits?

    If you redeem online, there are no limitations. When calling SAS Credits Support, your tickets must be booked no later than 3 business days prior to outbound travel.

  6. How many SAS Credits do I need before I can start redeeming them?

    There is no minimum requirement – you can start redeeming your SAS Credits from the very first Credit.

  7. Can I use a combination of SAS Credits and credit card payment if I have not earned enough SAS Credits to cover the total price?

    Yes, you can combine SAS Credits and credit card payments. Please note that this combined payment option is only possible when contacting SAS Credits Support directly. A combination of SAS Credits and cash payment is not possible.

  8. Can SAS Credits be paid out in cash?

    No, it is not possible to pay out SAS Credits in cash. SAS Credits can only be redeemed for new flights or hotel stays.

  9. Is there any maximum limit on how many SAS Credits I can redeem?

    No, there is no maximum limit.

  10. Can I redeem my SAS Credits after I have made my reservation?

    No, you must always indicate in advance that you want redeem your SAS Credits by including your company code (CMP-code) in your booking.

  11. Can I change or refund a ticket that is purchased with SAS Credits?

    It depends on the ticket type and fare whether a ticket purchased with SAS Credits can be exchanged or refunded.

  12. Do I earn new SAS Credits when redeeming accrued SAS Credits?

    No, you cannot earn new SAS Credits at the same time when redeeming your SAS Credits.

  13. Can the traveler earn EuroBonus points when redeeming accrued SAS Credits?

    Yes, the traveller can earn EuroBonus points at the same time when redeeming your SAS Credits.

Your account

  1. How can I see my account status?

    You can check your account status including your earnings and redemptions when you log into the SAS Corporate Site. Please have your username and password on hand.

  2. Who can see my account status?

    Anyone who has access to your login details to the SAS Corporate Site can see your account status.

  3. How often is my account updated?

    Your account is updated once a month.

  4. Why am I missing any SAS Credits?

    There may be several reasons: the activity was registered after your account was last updated, the activity was not registered because your company code (CMP-code) was not entered in the booking, or your ticket is ineligible for SAS Credits.

  5. Can I retro register missing SAS Credits?

    Yes, you can register missing SAS Credits for flights on the SAS Corporate Site. Login to your account, click on “SAS Corporate Site” (top left corner), click on the “Utilities” tab, select “Retro Registration” and fill in the requested information. You can claim missing SAS Credits at least 3 months after flying. Retro registration is only possible back to the beginning of the month in which you have received the welcome email to the program.

  6. Can anyone in my company redeem SAS Credits?

    Only the contract responsible and those who are authorised can redeem SAS Credits.

  7. How do I get my username and password for the SAS Corporate Site?

    Your username and password are sent to you upon registration. If you have forgotten your login details, please contact SAS Credits Support.

  8. Can I as a company also see the traveller's EuroBonus points?

    No, since EuroBonus is a separate program, only the traveller can access his/her EuroBonus account.

  9. How can I change my contact data?

    Please contact SAS Credits Support.
