Report damaged baggage
If your baggage has been damaged, please make a report at the SAS Arrival Service when you arrive at the airport. In certain situations, you can make the damage report by telephone up to 7 days after arrival to SAS Arrival Service at ;+45 3232 3260 (Denmark)/+46 771-224 243 (Sweden)/+47 815 59955 (Norway)/+358 20 514 6000 (Finland). You will then receive a baggage report with your baggage reference number.
- If your suitcase or its contents have been damaged, you can apply for compensation according to the SAS Conditions of Carriage. Click here to apply for compensation and remember to provide your baggage reference number.
- If your suitcase has been damaged and the contents have fallen out, you can apply for compensation for the lost content according to the SAS Conditions of Carriage. Click here to apply for compensation
