This established, annual conference hosted an award for the most innovative and dynamic loyalty programmes. The winners announced are Emirates, SAS and Intercontinental Hotels Group.
SAS won the award for its Time to Forecast promotion
Engaging members to predict their own flight activity with the SAS Group. "Through our innovation, we have been able to add an extra dimension in the relationship between SAS and our members.
